Good Storage Practices (GSP) are a set of mandatory minimum standards that must be complied with by importers, exporters and commercial establishments regarding their facilities, equipment and operating procedures, intended to ensure the preservation of the characteristics and properties of the products.

They must have qualified staff to perform the required tasks and designate the corresponding responsible technical professionals in order to implement and maintain a system that ensures compliances with Good Storage Practices.
