OFFSET-PRINTED BOXES

Este tipo de cajas requiere un paso adicional que es el acoplado (laminado) de una plancha de cartulina previamente impresa con el sistema de impresión offset (full color o fotocromía) que se adhiere a una plancha single face. Se usa para una mejor presentación de su empaque debido a que las imágenes son de alta calidad.

STANDARD BOXES

Standard corrugated boxes are widely used for packaging, storaging and transporting a wide variety of goods such as food, chemicals, candies, beverages, textile, spare parts, electronic devices, cleansing products etc. 

DIE-CUT BOXES

Die-cut boxes are manufactured using custom dies in a die-cutting machine, resulting in self-assembling boxes available in a wide variety of designs. They are widely used in agro-industrial sector and other industries with specific packaging requirements. 

TELESCOPIC BOXES

Telescopic corrugated boxes consist of a separate lid and base; they can be die-cut as self-assembling boxes or in two half-boxes. These boxes provide greater compression strength. This category includes boxes for meat, fish, flowers and fruits, among other products.

AGRO-EXPORTS BOXES

These boxes are usually self-assembling die-cut designs. They are manufactured for products such as mangoes, avocados, grapes, bananas, citrus fruits and many others. Their outer liners are made from Kraft liner paper (virgin pulp) to provide the strength and moisture resistance required for products that are stored and transported in refrigerated chambers.

PACKAGING ROLLS

Packaging roll, also known as single-face corrugated roll, consists of one smooth liner and one corrugated medium, available in E, B, or C flute (in several board thicknesses and basis weights). This is deal for protecting fragile or heavy products during packaging and transportation such as glass, wood, metal goods, etc. It is also used as a base for canned or offset laminated products.
